HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENDALL GREEN!!

Kendall turns the BIG ONE August 16, 2010

it's hard to believe that a year ago, danny and i were enjoying our visit "home" when we got the call we had been waiting for!!

the entire week of kendall's birthday is a special one...on august 17th, we were golfing with justin at columbia point when we got the call from the IAC that kendall was waiting for us =]

we hopped in the car 2 hours later and headed to sacramento...

august 18th, danny's birthday is when we met her...and she was everything we ever dreamed of.

she was perfect and healthy and beautiful.

on august 19th, we met kendall's birthmommy, kaydee and fell in love with her...she was everything we had ever hoped for in a birthmom~ beautiful, caring, unselfish, kind, and had a great smile!!

we also took kendall home with us on august 19th...and what a great feeling that was!

so now, a year later, here we are....

first tooth

first learning to crawl

first steps

first big girl bottle (8 oz)

first laugh

first smiles

learning to roll over

first plane ride

first road trip

and all the first holidays....

the last year has been a DREAM COME TRUE!!
we are so lucky and privileged to be kendall's parents...she is everything we wanted and much

much more.
our lives feel complete and whole.

smiles and laughter fill our house every day and all the time.

what a blessing to have a beautiful and healthy daughter and how she makes our family complete.

kendall seemed to have more fun then we did after she got her balloon!

Jimmy Buffett's Margarittaville!

a few nice things about getting up at 630 am:

nice and cool outside

not a lot of people around

no lines for food or coffees!

she warmed up to uncle justin after just a few minutes...she even showed off for him

totally adorable!
